The response to your Request will be communicated to you within a period of 10 (ten) business days, counted from the date on which the Request was received, and may be extended up to 5 (five) more days in those cases in which this is the case. established by law; so that if appropriate, the necessary measures are carried out to comply with your Request, which will be carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the Holder is notified of the response to his request. The acceptance of this Privacy Notice or the simple continuation in the Request for services once this Privacy Notice has been published and made available implies an express acceptance by the Owner of the terms of the same and its express submission to the competent courts of Mexico City, for any controversy or claim derived from this Privacy Notice.

I declare that I have read and understand this Privacy Notice and I grant my consent, when necessary, for the processing of my Personal Data under the terms of this Privacy Notice. I confirm that I have informed the people of whom I have provided Personal Data, about the treatment that will be made of their Personal Data.
